A Local’s Neighborhood Bar on Santa Monica Blvd. in WeHo

Mic’s Bar officially opened around August of 2025 and quickly established ourselves as a local’s hangout in the heart of West Hollywood. Located in the historic building formerly occupied by FUBAR at 7994 Santa Monica Boulevard. You won’t find LA pretentiousness or outrageous drink prices here, We are proud to have affordable cocktails and an amazing happy hour menu. Mic’s embraces our neighbors, no matter your background or personal preferences, all are welcome here.

The bar is a creation of co-owner Jay Krymis, who also operates Schmitty’s WeHo. Krymis built the bar to welcome in natural light and an energetic, open-air feel with views out onto Santa Monica Blvd. In stark contrast to the previous Fubar, which he described as “so dark and depressing,” Mic’s Bar is designed to be a daytime hangout, a pre-game spot as well as a late-night final destination, aiming to be “your new favorite local neighborhood bar.”
